Beer for Breakfast: Farmer’s Platter is an imperial stout brewed with all the trappings of a great breakfast – coffee, scrapple, applewood-smoked malt, milk sugar, roasted chicory, corn grits, maple syrup, oatmeal and brown sugar. It was then aged in Sagamore Rye Whiskey and Runamok Maple Syrup bourbon barrels.

From a crowler 13% ABV -Pours black with a dark brown head.Smells of bourbon and coffee. The taste is better than the smell.Bourbon and bitter coffee followed by a smooth sweetness. The sweetness really complements the coffee bitterness.Thick and mouth coating.I tried this for the novelty and was rewarded with an outstanding BA coffee stout.
