Very hazy, even whitish, yellow with a big persistent head. This is a single hop beer showcasing galaxy hops.
They are dank and herbal in the nose. The tase is sharp, assertive bitterness without much malt to balance it out. It's a little one-note, as these single hop beers tend to be. But galaxy has a nice flavor profile if you want a heavy juicy hop.
