Dark gold with a medium head and nice lacing. Smell is big juicy hops and citrus. Actually this may be from the Norwegian yeast at high temp which the description says produces citrus notes. Big bracing bitterness throughout and in the aftertaste. Hops in the taste are darker and danker. Good malt backbone balances things out but the hops still dominated. Very drinkable especially for the abv, which is not noticable. Great interesting and unique DIPA, which is tricky to pull off these days.
