Black with nice very persistent tan head. Smell is big roasted malt- coffee. Taste is similar- roasted malt, coffee, a hint of dark chocolate. Light mouthfeel and a bit watery as you might expect from the mild 3.6 abv. But it's pretty flavorful and good for such a sessionable beer.
