Pours a hazy light gold with lots of visible carbonation and a big and very persistent head. Smell is some tropical hops but also some more traditional west coast citrus and pine. Taste is pretty standard NEIPA- juicy somewhat tropical hops with perhaps a little more bitterness. Taste is sort of rounded- no sharp edges. Pleasant. Sort of juicy watery mouthfeel. Very easily drinkable. Overall a nice beer from a great brewery in an overdone style.

Picked up a mixed 12 pack of Dogfish Head. Three of these in the mix. Best by date on can: 10/09/24.
Pours a hazy, golden in color with a finger thick frothy white head on top that dissipates to a thin layer with plenty of lacing. Carbonation looks average. Typical look for the style.
Aroma is predominantly tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), maybe some melon and citrus. Some cereal grain in the background. Nothing stands out here, middle of the road.
Taste follows the aroma well. Predominantly citrus pith, mango, pineapple and a hint of pine towards the swallow. Getting a lot of wheat in the malt profile. Lingering taste is grapefruit.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and body and a hint of chewiness. Drinks pretty easy for the ABV. It is slightly towards the crisp and dry side, but not entirely.
Not particularly fond of this style, and this one does nothing to stand out. It's just a middle of the road NEIPA, and one that I would skip in the future. Cheers!

Pours a hazy yellow. Smells of citrus and tropical fruit. Mild notes of fruit with a slight backend bitterness. Very drinkable and neutral IPA. Not bad but also not the best in town.

Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is slightly hazy straw, not really dense/thick, head is bright white with fine bubbles and presents one finger thick, head dissipates to solid top with plenty of lacing on glass sides.
Smell is subdued but notes of citrus pith, mixed tropicals (mango, peach, pineapple), subtler herbal notes.
Taste is more citrus, tropicals, light earth/herbal notes, malt is wheat, oats and light honey.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness.
Overall a blended style hazy ipa - more traditional IPA notes with the refreshed hop and look/feel.
