Served on cask at room temp. Quite lovely. From Dogfish Head" It is brewed with Maine grown and malted Blue Ox Yankee Pils and Blue Ox Vyeenna malts and fermented with Andechs Lager yeast. The beer is spiced with Maine grown ginger and turmeric from Stone Cipher Farm and with organic, regenerative sage from Meeting House Farm collaborative in Maine. It is gently hopped with Strata to accentuate the real fruit goodness of wild Manie blueberries.
