Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, A Curious Arrangement of Stars is brewed from the finest light pilsner malt and Malted Corn for snappy malt flavor, accented by just the right hint of tropical mango and zesty lime. The beer’s delicate flavor and dry finish pair perfectly with the barbacoa tacos, buffalo wings, or monk fish and our fish and chips at Brewings & Eats!!

On tap at Rehoboth. A nice pale clear yellow with visible carbonation but not much of a head. Smell is light malt, a little corn. A fine lager with some corn. Maybe a little citrus lime, if you're paying attention. Of course extremely drinkable. The kind of thing I would usually rate lower, but it's done very well and I've come to like "regular beers" more over the years.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass. Pours yellow orange with a tiny white head. Smells of cereal grain. Tastes of sweet corn and grain. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.
