12 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Best by 7/2024, had 5/12/24.

Pours a clear, pale yellow, with a one inch foamy head and some foamy lacing. Active carbonation. Aromas of pine, malt, lemon, light general stone fruit. Has a floral scent. Flavors of pine, malt, lemon, a light resin hop bitterness. Tastes lightly floral. Smooth, a good light body, well carbonated.

Not bad, but not exciting either. It works pretty well overall, but nothing about this stands out.

In the glass like a hazy pilsner, nice white head, sweet citrus aroma, subdued lemony bitterness, approaching spritziness on the tongue, a lawnmowing quaff, two will be perfect, best of the variety pack (although 60 minute is always great)

So lets just move past perhaps the worst name ever. But really no blue mountain to know it's at it's most colderest?

Plain Jane IPA - gold pale ale with light head. Minimal lacing. A bit dry looking.

Nose - I'm instantly going back to so many of these wet hop IPA's of the past. Juicy wet hops. Very fruity/floral with minimal sweet malt back bones.

Taste - just what I wanted. An easy drinking IPA that doesn't over power you with sickly sweet malt and lets the hops really shine.

I'm loving this one, it's a perfect summer spring beer. I hope dogfish makes this a staple of their collection going forward.

Clear golden appearance with a loose modest whit head and minor delicate lacing. Mild pine notes, apricot, peach, apple. A little bit west coasty. Moderate body and carbonation, crisp and clean.
