What lurks below the surface? This oyster stout celebrates the denizens in deep, cold waters just off shore. Brewed with an
array of roasted malts and flavored with an array of marine-borne treats: Whole local XXXX oysters from Arrowhead Point Oyster, Purple Dulse Kelp from the coast of Maine,
squid ink and Hiwa Ka black salt. It’s flavor is bold espresso, roasted cacao and toasted bread with a hint of marine salinity and just a touch of umami. Contains Shellfish and Lactose.

So good. Dark brown / black appearance, sparse tan head, no lacing. Very present notes of oyster and brine, complemented by notes of chocolate and dates. Creamy mouthfeel, mild carbonation. Unique even amongst oyster stouts - Delicious!
