Review from notes.

A: Served in a pint glass, the beer is a hazy orange/yellow color. Small white head on top that reduces to a thin cap on top. Very spotty and thin lacing.

S: A good bit of citrus and tropical fruit, orange, pineapple, and a little bit of grapefruit. Slightly sweet, a little bit of spice as well.

T: Kind of weak, some orange zest and grainy malt with some caramel on the finish. Slightly sweet.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Easy drinking.

O: It was ok, flavor profile was sort of boring though, not a lot going on. Was hoping for a little more spice.

Appearance: cloudy orange in color with a 1/2" head that fell quickly to a spotty surface foam.

Smell: orange, pineapple, and a bit of a hop presence is detectable by the nose.

Taste: a slightly grainy malt profile with caramel, orange, pineapple, a hint of honey sweetness, and a nice earthy bitterness. Some spiciness arrives late as the belgian yeast shows up.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp throughout with some dryness at the finish.

Overall: a nicely drinkable beer that was different as it wasn't as off the wall as some of the other one time brews. Enjoyable.
