Had on tap at the Rehoboth Ale House during the Punkin Chunkin weeked.
A-cloudy orange with a stable white head
S-a semi-tart scent of lemongrass. some sweetness. a slight rawness, medium strength
T-comes in with a taste of light honey and white grapes with a touch of tartness, some sweetness, and some beglian rawness. very unique. very complex. there are so many flavors. i can't put my finger on all of them. it is very refreshing
M-medium to low carbonation. dry finish.
O-very unique beer, yet very similar to other DFH spiced/herbal ales. very enjoyable. glad to have this though not completely impressed. very close to tasting like a saison.
