First had: on tap at DFH, Rehoboth
Poured a clear, deep amber color with a small cap of off-white head. Aroma of toasty malts, bready, sugary sweetness, balanced with a solid hop profile and a dash of spice. This was a pretty basic but solid ale overall, though some of its ingredients were a bit unusual (to be expected from DFH). A good, hearty Vienna malt base, toasted bread, with crisp herbal and earthy hops making for a good-balanced brew, and a bit of light coriander coming in near the finish. Medium bodied and easily drinkable.
