Hazy, light amber color. There was a good start to the head but it dies out and leaves only a small steak on the glass.
Malted wheat smell but without the typical banana and clove aromas.
The taste expands from the smell. It starts with the expected wheat but there are now overtones of banana and light clove completing the expected profile. The body is fuller than most hefes. The carbonation is lower. The finish is bready with a short aftertaste.
