been wanting to check this place out, way out in what we call the dingweeds, nowhere near civilization well southwest of anything anyone would consider the boise area, a freestanding corrugated metal building on off the side of a country highway, an oasis of sorts out this way, pretty bold business decision, but i guess if you build it they will come right? packed on a saturday afternoon when we were in, standing room only for a little while, which isnt saying a ton i guess because their capacity is pretty small, but its a great spot and we had an awesome time. plenty of parking out front, a food truck there too which was nice, tight inside with what feels like more than half the space taken up by the brewery itself tucked behind the bar but still visible, just a few tables, a long bar with some seats as well, and then a little patio area covered in for winter, and what looks like an awesome like backyard area for summer, picnic tables and a little structure out there which probably at least triples how many people can be here at any given time. the decor is sort of country homey, a relaxing place to sit but no frills or anything, no surprise, and i was impressed with a pretty substantial beer list really covering quite a lot of ground. i really loved their chocolate stout, bitter and roasty and dark chocolate driven, their best beer by a mile, but i also liked the rye wheat, earthy and grainy without being sweet, and there were neat features in the apricot ale, the cherrywood smoked beer. frankly only the porter and the chili pepper brown ale truly underwhelmed, this is amateurish beer with a lot of style and charm, a cool little niche i think, especially way out here, its a place and a brand you kind of want to like, cant help but like, and i was glad the beer was at the level it is, solid more or less across the board. service was whatever, moderately busy but neither beery or overly personable, no worries, just ordered at the bar and took are seats, not a help or a hinderance. this is a neat place, im glad it exists, and i am excited to check it out in the summer when they have the outdoor area going! do not miss the chocolate stout here!

This place is tiny, but it's also kind of out of the way. Located among rolling farmland, it provides nice quiet views of the farms. Just opened (soft opening actually), so there are no hours posted, you have to check them on Facebook first. Service was great, a flight of 5 was only $8. The beers were all respectable, prety good for a first outing. Although its a 45 minute drive, I'd like to come back when they are officialy opened.
