Finally had the opportunity to visit this brewery and enjoyed the visit. Very cool building on the South Side of Bethlehem with the downside of parking. There's an ample sized parking lot adjacent to the brewery that makes it look like it's brewery parking, but beware, it's not associated with the brewery and you could be towed. Not a negative directed at Country Club, but know in advance that parking can be tight in that area, especially when classes are in session at Lehigh U. The beers we tried were pretty solid and the beer menu was 50% imperial Stouts (which I like). For the Imperial Stouts, they are on the adjunct train, it works, but for how long? (Imprint is in the same category.) This brewery is set apart from every other brewery in the area based on the ABV content and adjunct Stout heavy menu. They did have a food truck on premise and that's a plus. No website presence (that I can find) and they're based on social media for spreading their brand.
