I visited Santísima Flor de Lúpulo when I was in Oaxaca last week. They are tiny -- the taproom has a bar that seats 5 and maybe two other tables, but it's cozy and welcoming. It was still all decked out for Día de los Muertos when we were there, which was cool. There's a deli associated with the space that you can order from as well.
They are a nanobrewery, and while the beers were brewed on-site originally, I think brewing has moved. They had two of their beers and one mead on tap, plus 7 of their beers in bottles. I tried both of the draft beers, a kveik pale ale and a pumpkin ale, and they were both decent (I preferred the kveik).
Service at the bar is great, and our bartender spoke English well. They are truly tiny, but are out there doing something interesting, and I like it.
