I had this beer on-tap in a white wine glass at the brewery.
Appearance: medium gold with a light haze and a very thin layer of white foam.
Smell: bready malt aroma with a little bit of a citrusy/floral character. Interesting!
Taste: bready like the aroma, with earthy, citrusy, perhaps minty hops, and a moderate bitterness. It's not bad, but it doesn't do a whole lot for me.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: again, this is not a bad beer. It just doesn't super appeal to me.
