I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the Consejo tasting room in Oaxaca city.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of ivory foam.
Smell: slightly sweet, slightly citrusy aroma. Not complicated, but it is nice.
Taste: dryish, somewhat toasty malt, with a citrusy and a little bit of musty character. Not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I don't love the mustiness in the hop character, but otherwise a decent enough IPA.
