I had this beer on-tap in a big mug at the Consejo tasting room in Oaxaca city.
Appearance: clear medium-golden hue with a finger of ivory foam.
Smell: malty, caramelly, and yeasty, but it's also quite clean. A very decent oktoberfest indeed!
Taste: malty with a bit of caramel flavor. There's also a bit of fruity yeasty character; not totally crisp, but nice.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a light carbonation. Not too bad.
Overall: a decent oktoberfest, if a bit on the breadier/heavier side.
