Color and Haze appropriate to the style. The beer pours with a light, white head that quickly dissippated leaving a lot of lacing. Light citrusy aroma. Taste is citrusy, veering towards grapefruit, lemony. A bit on the tart side of most NEIPA's. Has a grapefruit rind like bitterness in the aftertaste, which is pleasant.
