Billed as a 'Ginger Wit.'
Hmm, enjoy the style. At first I thought T&M went a little heavy on the Ginger, but that may be because the first sip made my taste buds 'come alive.' By the last sip I was thinking they dialed the flavor profile in perfectly.
Besides the Ginger flavor, this beer has a strong spicy flavor profile. Peppery? This may be coming from the yeast. Whatever it is, it grows on you. I enjoyed it.
My big complaint is there was only one can in the pack. And I'm drinking this in March, when this would have been a perfect beer for a hot summer's day. That is the problem with T & M, you find something you like and you cannot get any more of it.
oh well, keep em coming....

Got the most recent batch of "Happy Wife, Happy Life" and this one is even better. I have upped my ratings to reflect tasting #2. This one clocks in at 5.2 % ABV. Lower in alcohol, perhaps more fitting for the style. The ginger seems less prominent than I remembered, subtle up front, but stronger on the aftertaste. Very fine carbonation. Goes down very smooth. Today is a warm summer day, so a perfect match with the weather.
Cheers!
