This rating is for the 'Passion Fruit version of the beer.
Pours a bright hazy yellow, with a good head that quickly fades.
Smells clean and citrus.
The sourness is not overbearing. Just the right level for a hot summer day. Still, it is sour and to my taste, best in small portions.
Taste is bright and refreshing. Citrus taste, not complex. I did detect ever so slight metallic notes on the finish.
overall a good beer, but not my favorite from T & M. That has more to do with my tastes than the beer. I would love to see T & M try fruited beers in the style of New Glarus.
