I assume this will be a T & M series showcasing locally grow single hops. This review is for the Summer 2024 edition showcasing 'Triumph' Hops grown by 'Four Star Farm' in Northfield, MA.
The beer was bright and refreshing. Pours a lovely yellow, white head, light floral aroma. Even though single hopped, the hops produced a flavor profile that had enough depth and complexity to remain interesting. Lots of citrus notes, leaning towards orange. The beer was slightly sweet, almost no bitterness.
This beer was tasty and educational.
