Old School Cool is dedicated to the countless hours and piles of quarters spent at the arcade.
A West Coast inspired IPA with some New England flair.
A solid base of malt, courtesy of our friends at Valley Malt, some fantastic hops grown by 'Four Star Farms' and a splash of the quintessential West Coast hop - Simcoe.

This beer is billed as a "West Coast IPA," although I thought it had some hybrid characteristics.
It does have a bit of a haze, definately not clear, and was almost the color of OJ. It poured with a nice white head.
Had a clean, slightly citrusy aroma. Finely carbonated. It had a solid mouthfeel.
The bitterness was milder than most west coast IPAs. I tasted citrus and pine, papaya? and a nive level of maltiness.
Overall another excellent offering from T & M
