Our take on a Belgian-style Tripel, this complex golden ale combines the things we love our traditional Belgian tripel’s with a heavy amount of local wildflower honey sourced in Tyngsboro, MA.

Pours a light, hazy yellow with little head. Does not show a lot of carbonation, but it still tingles on the tongue.
This beer is brewed with honey. I have not had many honey-based belgians, so I lack a point of comparison.
I will say I loved the taste. It certainly retained some of the peppery notes and complex flavors that you expect in a Belgian Triple. That said the result is a bit different from some of my favorite Belgians (like Chimay). No matter, I love this beer. I would love to hear what others think.
