Barrel Aged Cream Ale w. Coffee - Not walking alone on this one, our love of coffee and collaboration have lead us to the "Boulevard of Imperial Creams" with our besties at Lost Shoe Brewing & Roasting Company.
We borrowed their Boulevard cream ale recipe, doubled the strength and adapted it to be a beer brewed entirely with barley and corn from Valley Malt.
After an extended slumber in Carribean rum barrels we blended in Madagascan vanilla beans and single origin Guatemalan cold brew from Lost Shoe.
This beer is a real treat - big luscious mocha ice cream upfront with a fantastic oaky rum finish.
