Water, German malted barley, noble hops, yeast, and water
Papapils is our unfiltered German-style pilsner. It also represents the inaugural brew by Eredità. This beer is the culmination of perseverance and self-reflection, and its genesis was driven by the loss of our father, who was our greatest supporter. Pilsner was his favorite style of beer, and as a result, crafting a beer he would have enjoyed was paramount to this recipe, and our tribute to him.

Clear straw. Nice bready and light citrusy hop aroma and flavor. Nicely balanced with light hoppiness. Light bodied, crisp, clean and crushable.

Canned 1/22/26. Uniquely flavored pils with good mouthfeel; a lemony/citrusy taste and a clean, crisp, quick-fading backend. Very quaffable but an acquired taste for sure.

(Canned the 7th of February, '24.)
Moderate pour yields a one inch pure white head over a nice and bright golden body with sticky lacing.
Nose of lightly toasted bread, slight malt, and very slight citrus with noble hop aromas evident.
Taste has a slight malty sweetness married nicely to its near medium hop bitterness finishing nicely crisp.
Feel is very good with medium carbonation.
Overall, cheers to Chris (and his Dad's inspiration) for a job well done on this German Pilsner.
