Bright, sturdy pithiness reminiscent of fresh grapefruit (pink and white) or pomelo; light pine and stone-fruit.

The hop bill has been changed from Citra & Simcoe to Riwaka & Simcoe.
16 oz can canned 12/23/24 into a nonick pint glass.
L: SRM 3.5 pours a hazy dark gold grapefruit juice color with a thin off white head, low carbo, very light sediment, medium-thick lacing with some sheeting and banding lines.
S: Citrus pith, a hint of tropical fruits, light malts w warming.
T: Fruity, gentle sweetness, stone fruit, cereal grains, resin, fruit bread, grapefruit, citrus zest, citrus pith, lightly sharp & gently tart. Caramelized malts , resin & zest linger over a sweet malt aftertaste.
F: Brisk, moderately juicy medium-bodied mouthfeel with a lofty center and a long fairly drying finish.
O: This beer has a very long resinous and zesty linger, fresh fruity tastes, and a very smart feel. Expertly balanced tastes, deeply flavorful and expressive. It is outstanding in its style.
