A few weeks ago, when Joy #5 came out, we were elated with the overall performance and execution of this beer. It checked all the boxes we hoped it would. As a result, we decided Joy #5 would be the first recipe from the “Joy” series to “graduate” and be re-brewed and given its own unique and worthy name.
Without further ado, we present you with Hoot! brewed and dry hopped with a healthy dose of Citra hops from the Yakima Valley and Riwaka hops from the lush growing regions of New Zealand. Bright, pithy, citrusy notes, featured alongside aromatics of ripe melon and passionfruit.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, one finger foamy white head. Light fruity aroma with a citrusy edge. Taste is grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, bready malts. Light zesty, bitter finish.
