This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.

This smells like roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, and oak.

This is really solid – the beers in general that I have had from Eredita have been just exactly what I want them to be. There’s really a Hill Farmstead-ish vibe to their beers. This isn’t super thick or crazy barrel forward or super boozy – it’s just really well balanced between dark chocolate, some roast, a touch of dark fruit, and a nice pleasant oakiness. There’s also distinctly delicious coffee vibes here.

This is medium bodied, creamy, and super drinkable.

This brewery has become a must order or must purchase whenever I see one of their beers.
