This 8.2% ABV DIPA builds upon the foundation of Hoot! (one of our single IPAs), featuring a generously increased dose of Citra and Riwaka hops in both the whirlpool and dry hop.
Expect an explosion of tropical aromas, including vibrant notes of passionfruit, melon, and citrus. Despite its higher ABV, Double Hoot boasts a remarkably smooth and approachable character and mouthfeel, making it a truly enjoyable drinking experience.

16oz can. Bottom stamp is 'HOOT X21 MM 5 M 13:56:46'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Lots of floating particles. One thick finger of white head which slowly recedes to a cap. Leaves behind some lacing webs and horizontal rings.
Aroma of orange, melon, lemon, and passion fruit.
Taste is slightly sweet which builds through the profile, along with a tartness that grows to the end. Flavors follow the nose with orange, lemon, passion fruit, and melon. Aftertaste is medium in duration.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish. Bitterness is very low. Higher ABV% is well hidden. Very good carbonation.
Takes a few sips to get attuned to the hops included in the brew, because the expression is not overly sweet.

Pours a hazy golden orange color with a finger of off-white head that dissipated fairly quickly. Tons of floaties.
Aroma is big ripe navel orange flesh and peel, apricot, funky diesel, tangelo, and some grapefruit.
Taste is ripe navel orange, tangelo, pink grapefruit, orange and grapefruit peel, diesel, nectarine, resin.
Medium body. Soft, chalky, oily. Dry with a solid hop bitterness.
Not a fan of the floaties and the chalky feel, but the aroma and flavor are quite nice. Enjoyable stuff.

Poured a dense, slightly cloudy orange-gold body with one-finger head that stuck around for awhile. The aroma has something that is akin to flowers like daisies or lavender along with perfume and touches of maltiness. Medium body, slightly sticky, has a good resin vibe along with some caramel maltiness and stickiness underneath a somewhat sharp, citric hoppiness or even pink grapefruit. Easy to drink beer that has a clean, dry finish.
