Light carbonation with a thick, creamy oily body
Aroma is roasted malt, dark cocoa, mocha, alcohol and dark fruit cake
Taste is very similar to the aroma. Sweet, almost syrupy, cocoa and dark fruit.
A very well done beer

a: silky jet black color with a super dark tan 1/4 finger fizzy head that fades quick
s: huge roasted malt note upfront followed by intense cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and cola. molasses and a faint oak note as well. leather and dark caramel. a touch of alcohol and a nice vanilla note to round it out
t: roasted malt, dark caramel, and huge vanilla upfront. cola, brown sugar, oak, and dark chocolate follow. some sweet sugar and sticky toffee. little bit of alcohol tinge in here as well but it actually kinda helps to balance the sweetness. molasses and some baking chocolate close it out
m: super stick, almost chewy full mouthfeel with strong carbonation
o: a seriously decedent and luxurious beer. sweet, complex, and full in the mouth. great for a late night sipper by the fire - nice stuff
