L- Black-black. Pours with minimal and brief visible CO2. In that regard not a looker.
S- Deeply toasty with charring.
T- Follows the smell re: toast/charring. Despite the 10%, the ABV% comes over as quite discreet,
F- It feels quite rich and powerful. Though it is not straying across the line into sweetness. Very well balanaced and polished. Could relly benefit from noticable CO2, theought the high ABV% helps distract,
O- A very well put together beer with polished and sophisticated balance. But the carbonation is sadly lacking. Could this be because it was hand-imported to Europe by plane? Seems unlikely as other similar bottles of beer don't suffer such. Certainly a brewery to watch and one to check-out if in Singapore.
330ml bottle 'Batch 10/21 BB: 31/12/24'. Bought from Beerforce in Holland Village, Singapore.
Ingredients incl. Black sesame - maybe a first there for me!
