A: Poured from the can into a Fiden's tulip. Body is hazy golden with a fluffy, 2-finger bright white head on top.
S: Raw, green hops - think wet grass or pine needles. Touch of stone fruit (apricot, underripe plums).
T: Follows the nose somewhat, with bitter green hops (pine needles, pine resin), some citrus (mainly lemon, but also some grapefruit or grapefruit pith). Bitterness dominates, but in a good way.
M: Very nice feel here - pillowy soft, which to some degree offsets the bitterness in the flavor.
O: Very good, even though it's a little one-dimensional flavor-wise (i.e., bitter). My first beer from these guys, and I'd be willing to give them another shot.
