On tap at Fattey Beer Co in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow/orange color, with a small head and lots of lacing.

On the nose, this is orange and peach city, with a touch of floral bitterness.

This has got such a soft and pillowy hop character to it – classically done, like the best you’d find in New England. There’s whole bunch of stone fruit and citrus here, and just the smallest hint of bitterness.

This is light bodied, but soft and pillowy, with a great drinkability.

Underground Beer Lab is kinda quietly making IPAs that rival some of the best in New England, but in Syracuse.
