We’d be remiss if we didn’t have a beer to honor “The Purple One” here in Chanhassen. A New England IPA brewed with Sabro and Strata hops. This brew has a soft mouthfeel and a hoppy backbone that might just make you go delirious. So Let’s Go Hazy, and party like it’s 1999!

Tried this one from a friend's glass at the brewery. It was better than a lot of recent local craft IPA offerings I've had. Fruity, but not overly sweet and smooth

On Tap at the brewery , Pours a hazy golden wheat color with a one finger white head. Smell is fruity and tropical . taste has citrus ,pineapple,papaya and berries . Mouth fel is soft more than sweet.
