Tasted as part of a sampler flight at the brewery taproom in Pensacola, FL.
L - Cloudy, but fairly dark color for the style. Strong off-white head.
S - Nose of pine and tropical fruits.
T - Flavors emphasize the hops, as appropriate, with pine flavor outweighing the tropical fruit. The sharp pine note cuts through and keeps the fruit from seeming cloying, as in some NEIPAs.
F - Medium to thick body. Creamy carbonation. Medium to strong hops bitterness.
O - This was a very good tasty, true-to-style NEIPA.
