Pours a clear pale yellow with fine head.
Smell is tart with notes of citrus peel, oak, peach, whisky sour and nectarine with a soft funkiness.
Taste is crisp, tart and funky. Notes of citrus peel, oak, peach, nectarine and vanilla with a slight hint of butter and some bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium with bright carbonation.
Overall, a very interesting and refreshing sour.
