Eternal Ember Vol 2
With pecan smoked watermelons and white peaches
Purchased Nov 2025, enjoyed Jan 2026
Far too often, I find a beer with just the most intriguing of descriptions or flavor combinations but when it comes to how it actually tastes I won’t get the same complexity. This is not that beer.
The ingredients highlighted—pecan smoked watermelon and white peaches—are present in a layered, nuanced manner. Simply put, it’s an incredible, complex, rewarding beer. The base beer is light, with enough presence to support the additional ingredients. There’s a hint of watermelon and white peach. Everything plays together so nicely you wonder why we can’t have nice things like this more often. Fantastic sipper.
