Attended the grand openeing. Initial large crowd, thinned out a bit after the lunch hour. Old storefront location, thrown together furniture, not much artwork, no real vibe going on. Service was fast and friendly, they have a small menu of appetizer type items. Beer was not good, slightly below average at best. Opening day jitters perhaps? Ample street parking.

i have been wanting to come up here since i first heard about this place, but havent had the chance until now. wow! i have really been missing out, this place rules, neat environment, very thoughtful and well done beers, clever looking food, and seriously for me maybe one of the better idaho breweries already in terms of ambition and execution, i was borderline blown away, crazy they are still so under the radar here! the drive in is gorgeous if you havent made it before, the brewery is through the tiny old downtown there on what feels like the main drag across from a little park. its nondescript from the outside, but quaint inside, with a sunny front room dining area where we found a nice high top, a narrow area along the long bar that opens into more seating in the back, a view through to the tanks from there, rustic vibes in here but nice restoration work on this building, looks and feels great inside, mellow and chill when we were there. the beer list is dynamic and inventive, with a cool honey beer, a maple amber, and a huckleberry brew standing out to me, but we also enjoyed a deep coffee stout and a hawaiian inspired sour, so lots of creativity in here. i think there is a female brewer, and there definitely was a bit of a feminine vibe to the beers, which i appreciated tremendously. the place is subtly whimsical, and just downright fun. we played some games while we sipped out beers. they have a thoughtful looking food menu too which changes seasonally, they even call out some of the farms where they source ingredients, definitely an elevated dining experience for a brewery, although we did not eat here, next time for sure. i left stoked on the beers, the space, the friendly service, and for my next visit already. this is a must visit brewery in this area, cant wait to go back!
