Brewed with our buddies from District 96, we figured we'd shake it up and rather than brew a hazy IPA like you'd expect, we all went in on a classic American Pale Ale. Heavily dosed with some advanced hop products, we aimed to push as much classic hop flavor into a nice, tight, ~5% package. We layered Hop Guild Amarillo Hopsauce, Crosby Amarillo and Centennial CGX, and some of their estate Comet for good measure. Throwback pine and grapefruit pith is combined with new school pineapple and citrus juice for a tasty little treat.
