Collaboration double IPA brewed with The Raptor Trust. A creamy base beer dosed with loads of Citra, Simcoe, and Idaho 7, our Weird Alice beer comes through with waves of over ripe tropical fruit, cannabis, and citrus.

12 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a snulip glass. It pours an opaque, pastel orange color with a creamy, eggshell-colored cap and thick, luxurious lacing. The aromatic nose features lemon, tangerine, melon, and vanilla cream. Its taste opens fairly dry and tart with notes of lemon and lime, balanced by the sweetness of melon and tropical fruit. The Citra and Idaho 7 hops work in tandem. It's also dank and weedy and the Simcoe provides an earthy base. The flavors and distinct yet blend seamlessly. The mouth feel is plush and creamy with moderate carbonation, and it drinks well below the 8.2% ABV. Overall, Weird Alice is a very solid DIPA with big flavor and an excellent mouth feel. One more thing: sales support The Raptor Trust, which which cares for, and when possible rehabilitates, injured wild birds, including eagles and hawks. It's a wonderful organization and the support of this excellent beer is fitting.
