Here Today Brewery & Kitchen

I visited Here Today a few weeks back while bumming around Seattle. On my visit, they had 12 beers on tap, including a grodziskie (!), a few hazy IPAs, a fruited sour, a table beer, a pilsner, plus a couple other lagers and IPAs. Really an interesting selection. The hazy IPA that I had was good, as was the pilsner, but the grodziskie is what I was excited about; it's a rare style and they did a good job of it!

The location is kind of an industrial space down by the water in Belltown. They've got a nice patio with a few tables; the indoors is a welcoming taproom with all the fermenters out on the floor with you (a touch I love). The service seemed friendly to me, and was quick (although there weren't too many people on my visit). They also have a kitchen, although I didn't sample anything.
