Holiday stout with cocoa nibs from Zaks in Scottsdale, coffee from our neighbors Cafe Vita, a blend of chilis from El Rancho Market, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg!

Had on tap. I feel like this was an attempt to replicate a personal favorite of mine, prairie's bomb! It falls short of that complex yet clean execution as here the coffee and chocolate lead way more than peppers and vanilla with cinnamon and nutmeg muddling up the taste a bit. The nose is better as the spices stand out more distinctly. Feel lacks the textures though, with faint spiciness in a frothy and heavy malt body. Black body with a brown head with lazy lacing
