After much experimenting and tweaking recipes, this is our house hazy IPA! With some of our favorites Citra cryo, Nectaron, and Motueka. Sensory notes of candied mango, peach, and lemon-lime soda.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, foamy head recedes. Fruity aroma, citrus first with a strong tropical presence. Taste brings a hit of citrus zest before turning over to some melon-y, tropical flavor. Zesty bite crops up again at the finish.

Hazed lemonade. Citrusy, melony and light funky hop aroma and flavor; Motueka character is not too strong. Nice balance with light bitterness. Fairly light bodied with a dry hoppy finish.

This is not the best beer I have had from RBTS. It is not bad, but it is not up to their usual standards. It could be the hop used that is sub-optimal, but in any event, they have better hazy IPAs than this one.

Pours hazy yellow with a big, white head. Mango, citrus, melon, and dank hops are in the aroma. Definitely not sweet, maybe just a little bit. The bitterness in flavour plays well with the sweetness in the aroma. Good.

Poured from 16oz can into my BeerAdvocate teku. No date on the can that I can see.
Appearance: pale yellow-golden hue with plenty of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with a nice combination of stone fruit and tropical fruits, together with a little sweet orange peel at the end. Very good!
Taste: malt is a bit on the sweet side, but relatively well balanced by the hops. There’s more of a citrus-rindey, slightly dank passionfruit character in the flavor than in the aroma. A nice contrast; solid!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty solid hazy IPA, though, while I like the contrast between the flavor and the aroma, the sort of rind-ey element would prevent me from drinking these one after the other. So, good, but not perfect.

Cloudy, yellow in color with a thick white head. Superb lacing. Nose is full on grapefruit. Taste is very citrusy. Nice bitterness on backend and across palate.

Canned on 7/28/2024. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It is a hazy, pale pastel tangerine color with a large, bright white cap of fluffy foam and thick, soapy lacing. The smell is fruity and fragrant with lemon, lime, peach, tropical fruit, and soft floral hops. It has a big, bold, fruity taste with a fine balance of tart lemon, lime, and grapefruit on the one hand, and the sweetness of pineapple and mango on the other. However, it isn't nearly as sweet as noted by prior reviewers - this can is nearly two months old and the Nectaron hops may not be as vibrant as they were when freshly canned. The Citra Cryo adds mild, clean bitterness throughout. It has a pleasant, creamy mouth feel with appropriate carbonation, and it drinks easily at 6.5% ABV. Overall, while This is Growing Up is a very solid American IPA, my rating is below the previous ones.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a one finger head; decent retention with squiggles of lacing
Smell: Very floral with a range of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruit tones; hibiscus, pineapple, lime Mojito, peach, mango and Clementine orange
Taste: Bright, juicy and floral with pineapple, mango and peach forward; through the middle, the lime Mojito emerges and dominates briefly while the finish is Clementine orange
Mouthfeel: Medium body (feels lighter than it is due to the flavor profile) with moderate carbonation
Overall: While this doesn't have a lot of bitterness, the flavor profile here is complex and enchanting with a wide range of fruit
Thanks, kevindp9, for the opportunity
