Each iteration of Isolation is designed to showcase the character and quality of a single-hop varietal. This time we chose an upcoming favorite of ours - Rakau. To illustrate the range of what this hop can be, we utilized hops from two different lots and products all from freestyle hops including Rakau Hop Kief and Rakau T-90 pellets. The result is a beautiful beer that expresses fresh tangelo, pineapple, apricot, mango and fresh wildflowers.

This is another really excellent beer from RBTS. Low bitterness, great flavor, and a bit of a kick. You've got to like milkshake IPAs if you are going to try this one.
