Draught pour as 1/4th of a $15 AUD paddle/flight at the brewery.
Looks like milky seltzer...sort of a dull clear grey colour.
Taste is spicy ginger that lingers through the finish and sits in your throat for a long aftertaste. It's a simple one-note beer, but the flavour duration is excellent. One can still feel and taste the ginger spice a full minute later.
Oddly drinkable. A beer that nails its premise even if its simplicity disappoints. Unlike tamer Australian hard ginger beers, this doesn't shy away from committing to ginger's signature spiciness.
