This beer is a celebration of fate, when things just come together...
Deep gold, with braids of lemon, lime, pear, and pine. Spruce, grass, and strands of dank hops entwine beautifully together with big bold malty flavours. Fruity and juicy. Malty and hoppy. Bitter and smooth.
From a home brew recipe to now the big rig, and when family meets business, this DDH Imperial IPA with a Clean Fusion upgrade brings back a taste of how good it feels when things all perfectly string together.
Life can be tumultuous, but throughout, things are always connected in the end and the twisted, turning, knotted journey is by far the best part

Purchased at Chas Cole Cellarbrations in June 2025 and drunk a few weeks later.
L: bright copper in the glass with a shirt-lived, bright-white head. Small bubbles amble up the edge of the glass.
S: The nose is chewy dark toffee, bitter grapefruit peel and pineapple. Very West Coast!
T: West Coast vibes continue in the taste profile, with big, bitter grapefruit, pineapple, pine and citrus notes preceding a warming rush in the chest and throat on swallowing. There's a big, chewy malt backbone that supports the wave of hoppy goodness this beer flings at me. The inside of my mouth is coated and resiny, and my teeth are numbed from the onslaught. Delicious!
M: The body of the beer is thick, ably supporting the bitter, caramelly, hoppy rush, with enough carbonation to remind you it's there on the way down.
O: My favourite beer style is presented exceptionally well here in an excellent homage to the old days of West Coast dominance in the beer scene.
Cheers!
