Keller means “cellar” in German, thus “Kellerbier” is beer straight from the cellar, without filtration. Our KellerPils has a pleasant malt flavor, a medium body, and a finely balanced hop character. Choice Pilsner malt combines with prized German Tettnanger hops, providing a pleasant spiciness to this fine pilsner. Additionally lagering in the cellar results in a naturally clear beer, with just a hint of haziness from hops added to the lagering tank and the residual yeast left in suspension.
