A traditional German-style unfiltered Helles beer. This is a light colored but flavorful medium bodied lager with a crisp hop finish and the faintest haze from residual yeast and hops left in suspension that filtering would eliminate.

Draught @ Brewpub: This one poured a clear golden color. there was some white head and lacing. Malts, earthiness, grassy and pepper to the nose. The taste was very similar. A touch dry to the finish. Good.
